Cheehoo Life is honored to be in partnership with other innovative retailers who specialize in and/or offer Polynesian inspired and designed textiles. Retailers are strictly prohibited from selling wholesale items on any 3rd party website such as, but not limited to: etsy, Amazon, Pinterest, Ebay, Craigslist, FB Marketplace, and OfferUp. Retailers who sell fabrics purchased from Cheehoo Life must have their own online presence and domain.
Textile retailers who wish to receive FULL BOLT pricing should contact Cheehoo Life directly via email at email@example.com or telephone at 253.300.7194 to inquire how to set up an account. Wholesale FULL BOLT/ROLL pricing is not currently available directly through our website.
We only offer wholesale pricing to clients who RESELL fabric. Wholesale accommodations are not offered to those who are simply purchasing for personal or large group use.
Wholesale Client Terms and Conditions
All wholesale orders will be invoiced via email. Wholesale invoice orders must be paid upon receipt and no later than 24 hours as we cannot “hold” stock pending a delayed payment. Opening orders must include a verifiable copy of your resale/reseller’s certificate, a photograph of your store front and/or your website address.
All returns require a Return Authorization # issued by Cheehoo Life and must be processed within 5 days of order receipt. Wholesale returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No unauthorized invoice deductions are allowed.
Delivery and Damages:
Wholesale orders are not subject to any sale or special being advertised on cheehoolife.com such as a discount, free items, or free shipping. A signature is required for all wholesale deliveries.
We only accept returns in case of damage or defect. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defect should be noted on the packing slip and returned to Cheehoo Life within five calendar days of merchandise delivery. Claims made five or more days after delivery will not be accepted. Please do not sign for merchandise that has visible damage on the package exterior. Shipments that are obviously damaged should be refused and immediately returned to Cheehoo Life.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and can only be accommodated PRIOR to the shipment being accepted by the delivery service.
