If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of apparel, simply send it back within 7 days once received and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges on cut fabric is not permitted unless the fabric arrives to you damaged in some way. Cut fabric is a form of a customized order that was cut to a specific customer's request or specification. Therefore, as with any customized order, all cut fabric sales are FINAL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When making an online purchase, you are responsible for making sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when you make your order in the online shop. This is the address we will use to mail your order. In a case that you notice that the shipping address you provided is incorrect, i.e. when you review your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can possibly correct the address prior to it being processed.
In case your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can resend it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.
